PECB DORA Lead Manager (Virtual Classroom — Trainer-Led, 5 Days + Exam + Certification)

This comprehensive five-day virtual classroom course equips senior professionals, managers, consultants, and compliance officers with the skills and knowledge needed to lead the implementation and ongoing management of operational resilience measures in accordance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). 

Guided in real-time by PECB’s expert instructors, participants learn to design and enforce robust ICT risk management frameworks, oversee incident and crisis response strategies, manage third-party and supply chain risks, and conduct operational resilience testing. The curriculum also addresses governance structures, regulatory engagement, performance monitoring, and continual improvement processes.

Training is highly interactive, incorporating live case study analysis, breakout discussions, and practical application exercises.

The program provides more than 450 pages of comprehensive course materials and includes quizzes to assess progress throughout the week. Graduates earn 31 CPD credits and take the included 3-hour online exam, with one complimentary retake within 12 months.

Those who pass achieve the PECB Certified DORA Lead Manager credential, positioning them to lead organizational resilience initiatives within the financial services sector.

Important Enrollment Information

All trainer-led sessions in our webshop require a minimum of 5 participants. One monthprior to the first training date, you will receive an email with one of the following:

• Training Cancellation Notice: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will inform you that the training will not take place.
• Invoice & Confirmation: If the training is confirmed, you will receive your invoice. Payment is required in advance of the training to secure your place.

Scheduling Structure:

• 5-Day Training: 2 weeks with 2 training days each, followed by 1 exam day in week 3.
• 2-Day Training: 1 week with 2 training days, followed by 1 exam day in week 2.
• 3-Day Training: 1 week with 2 training days, followed by 1 week with 1 training day and 1 exam day.

This process ensures transparency, proper planning, and high-quality learning experiences for all participants.
