Welcome to LanConsult Academy, a trade name of LanConsult B.V.. By accessing or using our website, services, and online courses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

LanConsult Academy is operated by LanConsult B.V., registered in The Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number [17086814].
LanConsult B.V. provides professional consultancy, coaching services, online courses, and digital learning materials. These Terms apply to all users of our platform and clients engaging in our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Services and Content

  • Consultancy & Coaching: Services are delivered through scheduled sessions, either online or in person, as agreed upon in advance.

  • Online Courses & Digital Products: Access is granted withing 2 business days after payment. Materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, resold, or shared.

  • LanConsult B.V. may update, modify, or discontinue services and courses at any time.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All fees are listed in Euros (€) and must be paid in full before training services are provided.

  • Coaching & Consultancy: Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 1 Month in advance. Late cancellations may be charged 50% if within 2 weeks of the date and in full within 1 week of the date.

  • Online Courses & Digital Products: Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 50% of the material has been accessed.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to academy@lanconsult.nl.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our services and platform only for lawful purposes.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during coaching sessions will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including coaching materials, course content, videos, graphics, and written resources, is the property of LanConsult B.V. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LanConsult B.V. provides educational and advisory services but does not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on our advice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
