Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy – LANconsult Academy

At LANconsult Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training and certification programs that meet the needs of our clients. We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where a return, cancellation, or refund is required. This policy outlines the conditions under which such requests will be processed.

1. Training Registrations

  • Cancellations by Participants
    • Cancellations received 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations received 7–13 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations received less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Policy
    • Participants who do not attend a scheduled training session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • Substitutions
    • A registered participant may be substituted with another individual from the same organization at no additional cost, provided this is communicated at least 3 days before the course start date.

2. Online Self-Paced Courses

  • Access credentials for self-paced eLearning programs are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued.
  • Refund requests can only be made prior to account activation.

3. Cancellations by LANconsult Academy

  • LANconsult Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or force majeure events.
  • In such cases, participants will be offered the choice of:
    • A full refund, or
    • A transfer to the next available session at no additional cost.

4. Digital Materials & Certifications

  • All digital learning materials, exam vouchers, and certification fees are non-refundable once provided to the participant.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
  • Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant and may be deducted from the refund amount.
